Our office offers lectures at various conferences on international taxation, US taxes, trusts, and retirement. We believe that by combining teaching and scholarship with practical experience enables us to offer better tax planning and reporting and helps us explain to our clients the services we offer.

Professional experience and areas of specialization
Hai began his career as an intern supervisor at the Tax Authority in the large plants unit in Jerusalem.
In the last seven years Hai established and managed an Israel-international tax department in a leading Israeli-US accounting firm.
In the course of his work, he has amassed great knowledge and experience in preparing US tax returns and in US tax regulations, enabling him to offer tax advice and prepare accurate Israeli tax returns for his clients while exhausting the full range of tax benefits and credits available.
Hai has extensive experience in international taxation and tax on trusts, in particular in representing clients in voluntary disclosures and unreported income vis-à-vis the Tax Authority.
Furthermore, he specializes in retirement tax and provident funds, with an emphasis on holistic tax planning that considers all Israeli pensionary aspects such as determining rights, exemption, and disbursement of compensation alongside foreign pension tax and other aspects of American taxation.
Scholarship and excellence
Hai holds an MBA (with a specialization in funding) and a BA in accounting from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem cum laude. He completed his examinations for the Accountants’ Council suma cum laude, coming fourth in the country. He also completed the supervisors course at the Tax Authority cum laude.
In parallel to his work at the office, he is an expert lecturer in accounting at a leading academic institute, teaching courses in the fields of taxes, accounting, and funding.
Hai prepares students for the Accountants’ Council exams in the fields of individual taxation and retirement.
Chai began his professional career as a specialist in the Tax Authority’s Large Enterprises Division in Jerusalem.
For the past seven years, Chai has managed the Israeli–International Tax Department at a leading Israeli–American accounting firm.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in finance, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
He also completed an advanced course in international taxation offered by the Israel Tax Authority.
In addition to his professional work, Chai lectures at an academic institution in Jerusalem, where he teaches courses in taxation, accounting, and auditing.
David Shoham, a resident of Jerusalem, has provided advice to numerous couples and individuals who now enjoy their retirement traveling and spending time with their grandchildren, worry-free. He believes it is important to take care of pensions while still young: the earlier you do so, the more you benefit. He also offers retirement advice and can help those close to retirement.
Did you notice that he’s an advisor, not an agent? That means he’s objective and can get his customers special conditions: conditions others can’t imagine in their wildest dreams. He’s an expert on regular pensions, budget pensions, new and old trusts. He’s used to his relatives bringing their pension reports to family events and is always ready to help with a smile on his face.
